Translation Project Manager (M/F) German native speaker

Mission

Six Continents is a boutique translation company holding 3 certifications (ECOVADIS, ISO 1700 and ISO 18587).

Driven by a spirit of innovation since our inception, we harness the best of technology for ever more agile working methods. We translate, localize and post-edit content for demanding French, German and international customers (B2B), in a multiple domains (marketing, legal, technical, IT, Life sciences, patents...).

As part of our dynamic team of professional linguists, you will be responsible for managing translation projects (QC, revision in German, proofreading, evaluation of the linguists, finalization, layout, delivery, post-delivery follow-up).

Your profile (each criteria is mandatory):

• You have a Translation Masters Degree
• In accordance with ISO certification requirements, the position is only open to German native speakers.
• Your working languages are English and French.
• You have a previous work experience in translation.

Your qualifications:

• Ability to write accurately, clearly and concisely.
• Impeccable grammar and spelling.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills in German.
• Attention to detail.
• You are rigorous, organized, autonomous, enjoy teamwork and are able to handle several projects at once.
• Computer skills, especially CAT tools.
• You are motivated, flexible and dynamic, and wish to actively contribute to the quality of our services and to the company's expansion.
