Who Are We Searching For?

We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist with a high level of proficiency in both Dutch and English. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Digital profiles.
• Building relationships with Hiring Managers and supporting them throughout the hiring process.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining internal client satisfaction.
• Tracking and reporting on hiring process outcomes.
• Overseeing the hiring process to ensure all steps are completed.
• Conducting headhunting activities.
• Participating in events and branding activities.
• Collaborating with the Early Career Program and Junior Talent searches.
• Building and maintaining talent pools.
• Providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements, and actively exploring new ways of attracting candidates.

Your Skills and Experience

As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, your skills and qualifications ideally include:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of the IT market and roles.
• High proficiency in spoken and written French and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and passion for new technologies and innovation.
• Familiarity with Workday ATS and Linkedin Recruiter (preferable but not essential)
