Our client is an internationally recognized player in the automotive industry. We are recruiting for our international site based in Gennevilliers (92230) new employees for the following role:
Mission
You will have to manage:
- Incoming and outgoing calls
- Professional emails and chat
For the following queries :
- General information requests: basic questions regarding dealerships location, cars, options, warranty etc.…,
- Simples complaints: complaints up to a certain level of complexity, no complaints with legal or financial impact
- Telematics: technical queries related to the vehicle (GPS, Bluetooth, smartphone connection), and online account for those who are already part of our client base (reset password, connection not working…)
- Test drive (outgoing calls): in order to organize a test drive for customer or prospect who has shown an interest via our client website or at the dealership
- Update relevant databases, and customer records.
Opening days and working hours:
The operation is open from Monday to Friady, opening hours are: Monday to Friday : 8am to 5pm.
Terms and conditions of the contract:
- We offer a permanent contract CDI 36h/week (2 months trial period + 2 weeks traning)
- Monday to saturday : Monday to Friday : 8am to 8pm and saturday : 8am to 2pm.
- Monthly salary gross 1589,47€
- 152€ monthly gross for the English language (our official language)
- 152€ monthly gross for the Italian language
- 152€ monthly gross for the performance bonus
- 25 days off + 7 days RTT
- Medical and life insurance
- 50% of the public transport fee reimbursed
- Access to the restaurant of the company, and to the Work Council.
Profil recherché
- Minimum experience of 1 year in customer relationship (on all the communication channels mentioned)
- Bilingual in English and in Italian
- Very good elocution and very good writing skills
- Autonomy and reactivity
- Demonstrate common sense and a strong analytical mind
- Demonstrate empathy, caring and reassurance
- Reactivity, dynamism, curiosity of spirit
- Agility on the office pack and other IT tools
