🎯 Mission:

As the RTD Category Specialist, you will play a key role in understanding market dynamics, detecting growth opportunities, and helping to improve our brand positioning in Germany. You will contribute to crafting actionable plans that drive market share growth and improve our execution.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trade opportunities and trends in the German RTD market.
• Support the RTD Manager and Key Account Managers in preparing promotional calendars, presentations, and account-specific headers.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to develop tailored client presentations and analysis.
• Perform field visits (2 days per week) to track RTD category trends and monitor the fulfillment of negotiated actions.
• Track and analyze RTD SKU penetration, daily sales, forecast, and net sales evolution.
• Assist the RTD Manager in planning and executing trade marketing activities.
• Identify and resolve challenges across functions like Marketing, Operations, and Sales.
• Support planning and commercial teams in RTD forecasts analysis, ensuring alignment with market opportunities.

👤 Who You Are:

• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong market analysis skills with an excellent understanding of industry dynamics.
• Capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex projects.
• Results-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Previous field or sales experience is a plus.
