JOB SCOPE
You will oversee the product portfolio of Transitions Optical (Light Intelligent Photochromic lenses) and you will be responsible for the scope of Northern, Dach and Eastern Countries.
As part of the Transitions EMEA Marketing team, the incumbent will be responsible for building strong relationships with the market/cluster key stakeholders (Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, Commercial Directors and Key Account Managers) to keep them focused on key projects to support the business development of the category in country. In this influential role, the incumbent will be required to use marketing expertise and business knowledge to ensure Transitions remains a high priority across the markets in driving continuous improvement in category development. This role will also involve close monitoring of sales to ensure there is appropriate business analysis reports to support the development of the country strategies.
Areas Of Responsibilities
Marketing plans definition, implementation and monitoring: Propose and implement 360 marketing plans and go-to-market strategies to countries & customers providing differentiated marketing campaigns. Monitor results of the marketing activities. Managing budgets, calendars, meetings and other admin.
In-Store and Customer Journey: Propose and monitor in-store visibility, point-of-sale material development and delivery management, signage, demos, selling protocols for Key Accounts and Eye Care Professionals locations. Oversee implementation of education strategies for Key Accounts and Eye Care Professionals including trainings and Certification program.
Brand Management and Influence: Co-build annual brand marketing strategy with the countries and oversee local execution. Manage local teams through influence.
Media and Communication management: Oversee the Strategy, Planning, Execution & Reporting of the media plans. Leverage the internet and digital technologies including social media, websites, search engines, email, and text messaging, to connect with customers, increasing Eye Care Professionals recommendation.
Sales and Marketing Events management: Oversee and provide direction for events to promote the brand with a strategic approach to engage customers and build a relationship with them. Also responsible for Showrooms direction.
NETWORK OF INTERACTION
INTERNAL : Partner with Transitions Global Marketing, Global Finance, EMEA Commercial & Marketing Managers and appropriate EMEA team members, Local Marketing Managers in the region in charge.
