- Experience : Minimum 2+ years of experience

Scope of the position:
We have exciting plans to further expand our operations. This is a new position, and we are currently recruiting to our Merger & Acquisition team. In this position you will report directly tot the Head of M&A and your main scope of work relates to support the M&A Managers in the sourcing, execution and post-closing activities of the acquisitions AniCura is understanding. You will work independently on a large number of tasks related to the acquisition process from start-to-end.
- Sourcing:
- Conduct strategic market analysis.
- Profile individual clinics.
- Provide overviews of the veterinary industry.
- Proposals:
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data of potential acquisitions.
- Develop financial and valuation models.
- Create investment proposals for internal governance.
- Deal Execution:
- Coordinate due diligence processes.
- Assess and incorporate due diligence outcomes.
- Update financial and valuation models.
- Post Signing/Closing:
- Coordinate signing and closing activities.
- Support clinic handover to AniCura functions.
- Liaise with other departments for post-acquisition integration.
- General Support:
- Assist headquarters with M&A department management tasks
Next to M&A process, the M&A Analyst can get involved in greenfield projects and other business development activities as well as certain strategic analyses.

You have strong financial analysis skills and the capacity to keep a direct relationship with stakeholders and the ability to translate business strategic directions into pragmatic action plans. You are an independent thinker and You are ready to further build your career as the backbone of our M&A community. Furthermore, you bring:
- Proven track record as a top performer.
- 2-6 years in Audit, Transaction Services or M&A or similar
- 2-6 years work experience in a finance/accounting role
- Advanced modeling and financial analysis skills.
- Maintains relationships with sellers' teams and advisors.
- Strong commitment to ethical conduct.
- Takes high ownership and works independently on diverse tasks.
- Action-oriented with keen business acumen.
