As a member of the Customer Support team, you will be responsible for :

• Being a reliable point of contact for German customers
• Responding to questions and messages from German players and prospects: instructions, promotions, complaints, etc.
• Ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of German customers, playing an important role in improving the offering and developing the brand on the German market.

Mission

As a member of the Customer Support team, you will be responsible for :

• Being a reliable point of contact for German customers
• Responding to questions and messages from German players and prospects: instructions, promotions, complaints, etc.
• Ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of German customers, playing an important role in improving the offering and developing the brand on the German market.

Profile

• You speak German to a bilingual C2 level at least.
• You speak English and/or French to a fluent C1 level.
• You are able to adapt your language to different types of customers.
• You have an intuitive ability to understand and respond to a customer's questions and problems.
• You have excellent writing and communication skills.
• You have a good command of the Office package and are comfortable using a computer.
• Your main assets for success in this role are your sense of customer service, your team spirit and your motivation to make a difference!
  
  

Conditions :

35-hour permanent contract or 12-month fixed-term contract
Location: Paris 7eme
Remote is not possible.

Working time :

You will have several shifts (1 shift = 1 week)
Morning shift: 7am - 3pm
Day shift: 11am-7pm / 1pm-9pm
Evening shift: 3pm-11pm / 11pm-7am
Weekend work (approximately 2 per month)

Remuneration :

25K fixed salary + 6K bonus
Profit-sharing
Individual health insurance 100% paid by the company (or 60e family package)
Access to company kitchen
Afterworks, organised football games, BBQ, etc...
