👜 Today, we are working with a prestigious luxury brand which is looking for a Customer Care Agent for its European customer service department, with a perfect command of German, French and English.
📋 Managing the back office and customer service for the e-commerce business for European countries; the customer service department of the brand is the single point of contact for international customers wishing to contact the European shops.
🎯 As part of a dynamic and international team of 20 Account Managers, you will join a human-sized environment where proximity management is privileged and where collaborative work and team spirit are encouraged.
Mission
In a multilingual and multi-tasking context, you will be the privileged interlocutor of their German and Northern European customers. As an ambassador of the House, your main missions will be the following:
- Responding to e-commerce customers by e-mail and telephone, advising them and developing sales;
- Make outgoing calls in order to be proactive towards certain clients of the company in a spirit of service;
- Be a driving force behind any initiative aimed at improving the e-commerce customer experience;
- Assist customers contacting the shops, guide them in order to offer them a quality, fluid and omnichannel experience : to be the guarantor of the quality of the relationship with the customers but also with the shops, as a privileged interlocutor;
- Provide quality product information to the customer (characteristics, availability, reservations, etc.) or any other useful information, communicate on procedures (purchases, returns, exchanges) and ensure follow-up with the shop concerned.
Profile
You are a friendly and caring person with a strong sense of service and customer focus. You have excellent writing and speaking skills in German and English. 🇩🇪
You are assertive, have good analytical skills, autonomy, good stress management (handling of disputes) and a keen sense of priorities. 🧠
You are agile with office automation tools. You appreciate teamwork and would like to be part of a human-sized, international team. 👥
You have a higher education in hotel management, business or communication and/or have experience in one of these fields.
Experience in dealing directly with a demanding and international clientele would be an asset.
Conditions:
- 6 month fixed term contract - 35H
- Position to be filled immediately
- Paris 12th - Bastille 📍
- Days worked: Monday to Friday
- 1 time per month: Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week
- Shifts: 8am-4pm; 10am-6pm; 11am-7pm; 1pm-8pm (rotation according to schedule)Training: Tailor-made integration course, including product, procedure and tool training.
- Salary: 31K€ in package (28K€ base salary + 3K€ of bonus) 💰
