Mission
As an Account Executive Mid Market working for the Belgium market, your main responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire sales cycle (for both Outbound & Inbound) of new Mid-Market accounts (turnovers between €10M-€250M) from prospecting, leads qualification to negotiation and contract signature, and primarily engaging with C-Level Executives
- Representing the company at trade shows and conferences in BENELUX and Europe
- Contributing to the optimisation of internal processes to support the company's scalability
- Organising and tracking sales activities via CRM
Profile
You will be a good fit for the role if you have:
- Experience: you have between 1 and 4 years of relevant experiences in similar functions (internships & apprenticeships excluded) and selling B2B software solutions
- Language: fluency in both French, English, and Flemish are mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial skills: you are at ease in managing the entire sales cycle, in negotiation & closing discussions
- Strong organisational and structured approach to understand the complexities of retailers’ needs and a high level of accountability and methodical progression to ensure follow-ups with prospects until closure

- You are proficient in using tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Modjo for efficient lead management and outreach
Conditions:
- Base salary: 40 000K- 50 000K + 20- 40K bonus
