Can you present your professional background?

After a Bachelor's degree in fashion technology and a Master's degree specializing in the luxury sector, I did a few work placements to acquire different skills, particularly in writing technical data sheets.

I was also able to discover the jobs of sales representative and sales administration assistant.

Following these learning experiences, I was finally hired by LVMH as a Customer Advisor thanks to the help of MisterBilingue.

How long have you been in France?

Before coming to France, I lived in Belgium. I moved to Perpignan in 2021 for my Master's degree.

How did you hear about Misterbilingue?

I was contacted directly by MisterBilingue via LinkedIn because they were interested in my profile.

What skills have you acquired during your career that you feel are essential for the position you hold now?

Thanks to my previous experience, I've been able to discover a lot of different jobs and tasks.

My studies were more technically oriented, so I wanted to put what I'd learnt at school into practice through my work placements.

How did you imagine what working in France was like? Was it like you expected?

To be honest, I hadn't necessarily planned to settle and work in France before I was taken on at LVMH.

For me, working in France was a source of stress, but I soon realized that it wasn't that different from Belgium, because I feel completely at ease in my job today.

What do you enjoy most about your job today?

I started working for the company in September, which is quite recently.

I'm very happy to have found this job, which allows me to learn new things and acquire new skills.

As a Customer Advisor, I'm in direct contact with customers, which is something I didn't experience in my previous jobs.

It also allows me to work on my soft skills, such as patience and listening.
