I didn't study, I went straight into the world of work after I passed my Baccalauréat. First I worked in the restaurant trade, then in sales at Artisan de la Truffe. After, I moved into customer relations at Ladurée, where I progressed from the position of Multi-skilled Sales Person to that of Senior Salesperson. This last position gave me more responsibilities, such as team training, management and managing staff well-being and performance targets.
How would you rate your previous experiences? What have they taught you (in terms of skills, etc.)?
From a professional point of view, my previous experiences have taught me to be very independent, to develop a strong sense of service and to work effectively in a team.
From a personal point of view, they have brought me a certain well-being and contributed to my development by giving me the opportunity to gain in maturity, particularly when I held the position of First Sales Person with responsibilities.
How are your recruitment processes in general? How many stages do you go through on average?

Why this interest in the international arena?
I love speaking other languages, and I'm very interested in mixing cultures. I find that it opens up other possibilities, other opportunities, and that it also brings a lot to the table on a personal level.
In my current job, I particularly enjoy the diversity of customers, with tourists from all over the world. It's very beneficial for the brand.
Can you describe your job as a Sales Assistant at Le Bon Marché?
As a sales assistant, my role is to act as a relay between the brand's demonstrators and the customers, as well as collect from customers and salute them.
Which part of France would you recommend to foreigners?
