Satyane, Talent Acquisition Manager at Winamax, contacted the recruitment agency MisterBilingue to find a Customer Support.

Winamax's objective is to find a person who is willing to be the point of contact for German players and prospects in order to answer their messages and questions.

The position offered by Winamax

The role of Customer Support is to develop the Winamax brand and ensure the constant improvement and development of their offer on the German market.

The profile sought must meet the following criteria:

Our support

Since December, Winamax had been looking for a trilingual person in German, French and English, able to develop the brand on the German market.

Anaelle, a recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was responsible for finding the best profiles for the company.

After a full briefing with the client, Anaelle was able to start her search (sourcing and hunting 🎯 ) using our specialist tools. Once talent has been identified and has undergone a structured interview with our recruiter, Anaelle draws up a shortlist and sends it to the client within 14 days. The recruitment process

Once the candidate has been identified, the first step is to organise an initial video interview with our recruiter, so that we can understand their expectations and determine whether their profile matches the client's needs.

Then, as soon as the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is sent to the customer.
