How The Consumer Goods Forum recruited a French and English-speaker Sales Administration Officer πŸ‡¨πŸ‡΅πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

The Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) is an organisation that brings together manufacturers and retailers of consumer goods on a global scale.

It is committed to business efficiency and positive societal change, and has highly skilled and dedicated staff to develop programmes and solutions for different types of businesses.

CGF is committed to addressing the key challenges facing the sector, including environmental and social sustainability, health, food safety and transparency. In this way, they are acting for the good of people and the planet 🌍

CGF's goal

Sandra, Human Resources Manager at CGF, contacted the recruitment agency MisterBilingue to find a bilingual French and English Sales Administration Officer.

CGF's objective is to find a dynamic person to join the Finance and Administration team.

The position offered by CGF

The role of the Sales Administration Officer is to provide high-quality administrative support to the company's members and customers.

The profile sought must meet the following criteria:

  • Be bilingual in French and English πŸ‡«πŸ‡·πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§
  • Have a degree (or equivalent level of education) in a discipline related to business management πŸŽ“
  • At least 3 years' professional experience, preferably in an international environment 🌎
  • Be a team player and able to take the initiative
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in managing accounting figures and financial documents πŸ”Ž

Our support

Since March, CGF has been looking for an autonomous and organised person able to work in French and English.

Alexandra, a recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was responsible for finding the best profiles for the company.

After a full briefing with the client, Alexandra was able to start her search (sourcing and hunting 🎯 ) using our specialist tools. Once talent has been identified and has undergone a structured interview with our recruiter, Alexandra draws up a shortlist and sends it to the client within 14 days. Our support doesn't stop there: our team monitors the progress of the candidate's interviews right up to the point of hiring. Follow-up is also put in place to ensure that the position is taken up as smoothly as possible.

The recruitment process

Once the candidate has been identified, the first step is to organise an initial video interview with our recruiter, so that we can understand their expectations and determine whether their profile matches the client's needs.

Then, as soon as the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is sent to the customer.

The candidate has a video interview with the Human Resources Manager. She is then invited to come and meet the team in person in the offices, before receiving a job offer 🀝

The talent offered by MisterBilingue

Thanks to several discussions with the client and an in-depth search, Alexandra was able to find the ideal candidate for the job: Valentina S., bilingual Sales Administration Officer in French and English πŸ‡¨πŸ‡΅πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

Valentina began her career in tourism with administrative tasks ✈️

Having always dreamed of coming to Paris, she decided to move and go back to school to do a Masters in Intercultural Management. Then, she went on to work for a number of companies, including Claridge Champs-ElysΓ©es and Bank Audi France, where she carried out similar tasks: invoice management, customer relations management, deliveries, etc.

Serious and diplomatic, Valentina is also curious and polyvalent, with a strong administrative bent πŸ§‘β€πŸ’»

The Consumer Goods Forum welcomed Valentina in May 2024 as a bilingual French/English Sales Administration Officer! πŸŽ‰
