TEXDECOR's goal

Willyams, HR Manager at Texdecor, contacted the MisterBilingue recruitment agency to find a trilingual Debt Recovery Advisor in Portuguese, French and English.

Texdecor's objective is to strengthen its teams as part of their development in several foreign zones.

The position offered by TEXDECOR

The role of the Debt Recovery Advisor is to be responsible for managing outstanding debts. As such, he/she implements debt collection procedures for the State, local authorities and local public establishments.

The profile sought must meet the following criteria:

  • Bilingual in Portuguese and French πŸ‡΅πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡«πŸ‡·
  • Fluency in English is a bonus πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§
  • Be assiduous, adaptable, flexible, autonomous and organized πŸ‘€

Our support

Since July, Texdecor has been looking for someone who will be able to integrate into an international team of around ten people.

Nicolas, recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was in charge of finding the best profiles for the company.

After a full briefing with the client, Nicolas was able to start his search (sourcing and hunting 🎯 ) using our specialized tools. A follow-up is also put in place to ensure that the position is taken up as smoothly as possible.

The recruitment process

Once the candidate has been identified, the first step is to organize an initial video interview with our recruiter, enabling us to understand their expectations and determine whether their profile matches the customer's needs.

Once the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is forwarded to the customer.

Once the candidate has attracted the customer's attention, a telephone call is arranged.

The candidate is then invited to an initial interview with the HR manager and the head of the collections department.

Soon after this interview, the candidate receives a promise of employment.
