How did Sephora recruit an English and French-speaking Sales Advisor?

Our client

Sephora is a French perfume and cosmetics company established in 1969 in France. The company has nearly 2,600 stores in more than thirty countries and had a turnover of 1.4 billion euros in 2021.

It is the global leader in beauty and aims to reinvent the future of the industry worldwide.

The company wishes to highlight this desire to innovate, to experiment and to pass on the passion for perfumes and cosmetics.

Sephora’s goal

For the opening of its flagship store on the Champs-Elysées, the cosmetics brand wanted to strengthen its team in order to guarantee a quality sales service within the store.

Myriam, Network Recruitment Manager at Sephora, wanted to find an English and French-speaking Sales Consultant who could represent the brand as an ambassador and transmit its values to French and English-speaking customers.

The job offered by Sephora

For this position, the purpose is to develop sales within the store by offering products and services adapted to the customers, as well as offering a moment of well-being and an exceptional experience in order to develop customer loyalty.

The requirements for the job are the following:

  • Have excellent customer service skills and be able to turn customer advice into a sale
  • Be fluent in English and have a good level of French
  • Be dynamic, responsive, enthusiastic and have a team spirit

This position is offered on both a permanent and fixed-term contract and includes several benefits such as a daily bonus depending on the objectives achieved, lunch vouchers and a sum of money allocated for the uniform.

Our support
