PRODIFA's goal

Lucas, Executive Assistant at Prodifa, contacted the MisterBilingue recruitment agency to find a trilingual English, French and German Sales Assistant.

Prodifa's objective is to strengthen its teams so as to be able to concentrate on the French, German and English-speaking sectors.

The position offered by PRODIFA

The role of the Sales Assistant is to ensure day-to-day relations with customers, and to provide operational, commercial and administrative support, mainly to sales staff (or technical sales staff) and internal departments.

The profile sought must meet the following criteria:

  • Native in German, with a good knowledge of English πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡¬πŸ‡§
  • Good computer skills in Excel πŸ–₯️
  • Be rigorous and organized πŸ—’οΈ
  • Having a sense of customer service 🀝

Our support

Since May, Prodifa has been looking for someone capable of managing the needs of the group's customers and building their loyalty.

Nicolas, recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was in charge of finding the best profiles for the company.

The recruitment process

Once the candidate has been identified, the first step is to organize an initial video interview with our recruiter, enabling us to understand their expectations and determine whether their profile matches the customer's needs.

Once the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is forwarded to the customer.

Once the candidate has attracted the customer's attention, they are invited to an initial face-to-face interview.

Soon after this interview, the candidate was offered a promise of employment.

After completing a BTS in sales and distribution in Germany, Anja moved to France and began working as a tourist guide for 10 years.

She then worked for 8 years as a planner in the glass sorting industry, before moving into a stock management position for 4 years.

She has recently completed a training course for administrative roles in accounting.
