How did Phone Recycle Slution recruit a German and French-speaking Customer Care?

Phone Recycle Solution is the expert in the trade-in, reconditioning and resale of smartphones.
The startup is the leader in second-hand high-tech products in France.
For just over five years, the company has been buying used high-tech products from international operators, testing them, repairing them and reconditioning them. The products are then resold to committed and loyal partners in the mobile phone industry in France.
The startup has been growing since 2017 and is now a leading player in the circular economy.
Phone Recycle Solution’s goal
In order to guarantee high quality service and customer care, Phone Recycle Solution wanted to be able to respond to any customer, regardless of their language.
Céline, Customer Service Manager, was therefore looking for a bilingual French and German Customer Care to deal with both French and German customers.
The job offered by Phone Recycle Solution
For this position, the objective is to respond to email requests from French and German customers, satisfy customers and organise incoming and outgoing calls.
The requirements for the job are the following:
Have at least one year of experience in sales or customer service
Be fluent in German and French
Have an interest in technology, ecological transition and the circular economy
Be dynamic, social, creative and motivated
This is a permanent position with a health insurance scheme and public transport fully covered, with meal vouchers offered by the company.
