Our support
Since December, Odity has been looking for someone to act as a brand ambassador in the back office.
Anaelle, a recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was responsible for finding the best profiles for the company.
After a full briefing with the client, Anaelle can begin her search (sourcing and hunting π― ) using our specialist tools.
Once talent has been identified and interviewed by our recruiter, Anaelle draws up a shortlist and sends it to the client within 14 days.
Our support doesn't stop there: our team monitors the progress of the candidate's interviews right through to recruitment.
A follow-up is also put in place to ensure that the position is taken up as smoothly as possible.
The recruitment process
Once a candidate has been found, the first step is to conduct an initial interview with our recruiter to find out what the candidate's expectations are, and whether his or her profile matches those of the customer.
Once the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate profile is sent to the customer.
After just one interview with the company's Recruitment Manager, the candidate was quickly offered a job at Odity. π€
