The target profile
The group was therefore looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Success Manager to join the current team and launch of their service in Belgium.
Prerequisites:
Bac + 2 (BTS, DUT)
Bilingual or native Dutch speaker with a good level in English and French
A first experience in customer service/account management
Empathy, initiative and tenacity
