How LVMH recruited a German and English-speaker Customer Care πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ

Lona, Recruitment Manager at LVMH, contacted the recruitment agency MisterBilingue to find a trilingual French, English and German Customer Care.

The position offered by LVMH

The role of the Customer Care is to welcome and deal with customer requests from the Fashion division of the LVMH group.

The profile sought must meet the following criteria:

  • Be passionate about and have a real affinity for fashion, and be up to date with the latest trends πŸ‘œ

Our support

Since February, LVMH has been looking for someone who can manage the needs of the Group's customers and develop their loyalty.

Alexandra, a recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was responsible for finding the best profiles for the company.

After a full briefing with the client, Alexandra was able to start her search (sourcing and hunting 🎯 ) using our specialist tools. Once talent has been identified and has undergone a structured interview with our recruiter, Alexandra draws up a shortlist and sends it to the client within 14 days. Our support doesn't stop there: our team monitors the progress of the candidate's interviews right up to the point of hiring. Follow-up is also put in place to ensure that the position is taken up as smoothly as possible.

The recruitment process

Once the candidate has been identified, the first step is to organise an initial video interview with our recruiter, so that we can understand their expectations and determine whether their profile matches the client's needs.

Then, as soon as the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is sent to the customer.

The candidate then undergoes a video interview with the LVMH HR Manager, followed by a language test and a final computer test with the future manager in person.
