The store’s aim is to offer a unique gourmet experience thanks to the expertise of its craftsmen and artists, and to become a reference in gastronomy.

Our support
As part of its commitment to offer a high quality service that is as demanding as its customers, Le Bon Marché trusted MisterBilingue - cabinet de recrutement - to recruit a Customer Relations Advisor. This collaboration started in April 223 to help the company multilingual profiles.
Alexandra, recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was in charge of finding the best profiles for Le Bon Marché for this recruitment mission.
First, a pre-qualification of the candidate is carried out to find out about their expectations, and the candidate can also learn more about the conditions of the job.
Then, an interview is led by the Human Resources to validate the candidate’s experience, motivation and knowledge of the company.
Another interview with the manager provides an opportunity to put the candidate into practice, after which a reference check is carried out with the candidate’s previous employer.
This recruitment process for this position is fairly quick, taking between one and two weeks.
The multilingual talent proposed by MisterBilingue
After a couple of exchanges and a defined idea of the profile type they were looking for, Lou-Anne, with Alexandra’s help, found the ideal candidate for this position: Daniel M., trilingual in Chinese, English and French.
His career in the legal fluid has helped him acquire a certain rigor in his work, which is an important quality in such a demanding environment as Le Bon Marché’s.
His experience as a luxury demonstrator at Ergalis has also given him excellent interpersonal skills, which are required for this job, where you are in direct contact with customers.
Le Bon Marché welcomed Daniel in April 2023 as a Customer Relations Advisor!
