Biagio, Head of International Development at Kang, has contacted the recruitment agency MisterBilingue to find a Digital Marketing Executive.
KANG's objective is to find someone who is ready to work on developing multi-channel marketing campaigns for its UK brand, TheCircle, and to support some of its other European brands.
The KANG position
The role of the Digital Marketing Executive is to plan, execute and optimise online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, attract prospects and engage customers.
The profile sought must meet the following criteria:
Bilingual in English and French π¬π§π«π·
Have 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role π»
Have the ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and similar design tools π¨
Have strong analytical, technical and digital skills, with proficiency in Sheets/Excel and other tools such as DataStudio and Google Analytics π
Understand the UK and other European markets π

The recruitment process

Then, as soon as the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is sent to the customer.
Having caught the client's attention, the candidate had an initial interview with Kang's Head of International Development and Head of Acquisition, to present a case study that she had prepared in advance βοΈ
The candidate was then invited for a coffee with the team to meet them and visit the office, before having a second interview by video with the UK team, with whom she will be working.

Stephanie first completed a Bachelor's degree in Business and Psychology in the UK π
She then moved into the hotel and restaurant industry and has held several positions as Restaurant Manager between the UK and Australia.
