The position offered by Izipizi
The UK Sales Manager's role is to oversee Izipiziβs operation within the United Kingdom, to develop business and ensure profitability while managing the sales team.
The profile we are looking for must meet the following criteria:
Bilingual in French and English π«π·π¬π§
Have 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager π€
Have the ability to manage a team π₯
Have knowledge of managing key accounts on the UK market in a similar sector
Have work experience and knowledge in fashion, design and/or optics is a plus π

Since October, Izipizi has been looking for someone bilingual in English and French to oversee the company's activities in the UK.

The recruitment process
Once a candidate has been found, the first step is to conduct an initial interview with our recruiter to find out what the candidate's expectations are, and whether his or her profile matches those of the customer.
Once the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate profile is sent to the customer. After an initial interview with the Head of Wholesale, the candidate will have a second interview by video with the Head of HR, to validate their experience, motivation and knowledge of the company. π§
Then, after a third interview with one of the three founders, the candidate had the opportunity to meet with a second founder to conclude with a final interview, confirming that his or her profile was a perfect match for the position.
