Helpline is a French company specializing in Digital Services. Thanks to its expertise acquired over more than 20 years, it provides remote digital assistance to companies, as well as support for their digital transformation.

The company works with over 200 customers in a wide variety of sectors (luxury, finance, insurance, industry, public sector, etc.) throughout Europe.

With its 16 international sites, the company is growing steadily and had sales of 207 million euros in 2022.

Helplineโ€™s goal

Looking for a trilingual Customer Support Technician in Italian, English and French, Soline, Helpline's Recruitment Manager, called on the expertise of MisterBilingue - a recruitment agency.

The role involves providing IT support in response to customer requests, and resolving any problems that may arise.

The job offered by Helpline

Through the recruitment of a Customer Support Technician, Helpline is looking to expand its teams in response to the growing number of customers and their different technical environments.

The profile that theyโ€™re looking for includes the following characteristics:

  • Qualified IT graduate with initial experience in IT support or user assistance
  • Native or bilingual Italian.
  • Conversational level of English
  • Ability to listen, rigor, adaptability and technical skills.

Our support

First, Imran, the MisterBilingue consultant in charge of this need, carries out an in-depth search to find the perfect candidate for the position, meeting all the customer's expectations. When the talent is found, he schedules an interview with the candidate to determine their profile and understand their expectations. If all the necessary prerequisites are met, the candidate's profile can then be sent to the customer to start their recruitment process.

The candidate then undergoes a series of exercises designed by Helpline, as well as two interviews with different departments within the company.

To ensure that they found the ideal candidate for this position, Soline and Imran regularly exchanged information on this recruitment mission. In the end, they found the profile that best matched the vacancy: Andrรฉa C., trilingual in Italian, English and French.

Andrรฉa is Italian, and has often worked in multilingual environments where he learned to master English and French.

He has extensive experience of working with international clients, including when he worked at Booking.com. He has also worked in administrative departments, setting up Excel spreadsheets for the accounting department and reorganizing the management of IT files. Thanks to his past experience, he has mastered several tools such as Excel, the Office pack and the Google suite in an advanced way. He also has a sense of service and particularly enjoys helping others in his work, which is why he has spent a large part of his career in customer service.
