The recruitment agency MisterBilingue contacted Laurent, Vice Manager HR at Ekosport, to help them find a Customer Service Advisor.

Ekosport's objective is to continue its long-term growth and consolidate its market position by expanding its shops.

The job offered by Ekosport

The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to ensure the relationship between the company and its customers by providing a quality service, solving problems and contributing to the company's commercial objectives.

The profile we are looking for must meet the following criteria:

  • Bilingual in German ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช
  • Be organised, punctual and patient
  • Comfortable working behind a computer screen and on the phone ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ
  • Be able to show empathy with the customer while remaining cordial
  • Impeccable spelling and syntax ๐Ÿ–‹๏ธ

Our support

Since September, Ekosport had been looking for someone who would make a significant contribution to the company's positive image while playing a key role in customer satisfaction.

Nicolas, a recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was tasked with finding the best profiles for the company.

After a full briefing with the client, Nicolas can begin his research (sourcing and hunting ๐ŸŽฏ ) using our specialized tools. Once talent has been identified and interviewed by our recruiter, Nicolas draws up a shortlist and forwards it to the customer within 14 days. Our support doesn't stop here: our team monitors the progress of the candidate's interviews right up to the point of hiring. A follow-up is also put in place to ensure that the position is taken up as smoothly as possible.

The recruitment process

Once a candidate has been found, the first step is to conduct an initial interview with our recruiter to find out what the candidate's expectations are, and whether his or her profile matches those of the customer.

Then, as soon as the necessary requirements have been met, the candidate's profile is sent to the client. After an initial video interview with the HR Vice Manager, a second face-to-face interview is organised to discuss the administrative aspects and ensure that the recruitment process is beneficial for both the candidate and the company. ๐Ÿค

The talent proposed by MisterBilingue

Thanks to several exchanges between Nicolas and Laurent, as well as a thorough search, Nicolas found the ideal candidate for the job: Lara F., trilingual Customer Service Advisor in German, French and English.

Lara left Germany after high school to come to France and continue her studies in the joinery sector. ๐Ÿชš

For 7 years, she held a number of jobs in this field, in France and Canada.

She then moved on to a degree called โ€œApplied Foreign Languagesโ€ in French/English and spent a few months in England, before returning to Chambรฉry where she worked at Biocoop. Alongside this, Lara also worked as a German language assistant in a school, where she was able to set up learning and support activities for teachers.

As a passionate hiker and climber, Lara was already familiar with Ekosport because she was a customer. ๐Ÿง—
