EDICOM's goal
IvΓ n, Talent Acquisition Manager at Edicom, contacted the recruitment agency MisterBilingue to find a trilingual Account Manager in English, French and Spanish.
Edicom's objective is to strengthen its sales force by incorporating an Account Manager and thus take its SaaS sales strategy to the next level. Given that international operations in Europe are being strengthened and developed, particularly at the Paris head office.
The EDICOM position
The Account Manager's role will be to sell our client's various solutions to multinationals looking for e-invoicing and tax compliance solutions.
The profile sought must meet the following criteria:
Be fluent in French, have a C1-level in English and B2-level in Spanish πͺπΈ π¬π§
Business-oriented studies π€
Have initial experience in SaaS in any sector π»
Strong communication and negotiation skills π£οΈ
Our support
Since May, Edicom has been looking for someone capable of managing the entire sales process.
Nicolas, recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was in charge of finding the best profiles for the company.

The recruitment process
Once the candidate has been identified, the first step is to organize an initial video interview with our recruiter, enabling us to understand their expectations and determine whether their profile matches the customer's needs.
Once the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is forwarded to the customer.
Once the candidate has attracted the customer's attention, he or she is invited to an initial interview.
Soon after this interview, the candidate was invited for another interview, this time in person.
As this went well, an onsite interview with a member of the sales team and a final confirmation interview were arranged.

Thanks to several exchanges with the customer and a thorough search, Nicolas was able to find the ideal candidate for the job: Hugo V., trilingual Account Manager in French, Spanish and English πͺπΈπ¬π§
During his studies in business engineering, Hugo had the opportunity to do two internships: one at Eiffage, and the other at SAP in Barcelona as a Business Developer. Before joining Edicom, Hugo was completing a one-year apprenticeship as a business developer/customer success manager for Computacenter software solutions.
Edicom welcomed Hugo in September 2024 as a trilingual French/Spanish/English Account Manager! π
