Florine, Talent Acquisition Manager at Diot-Siaci, was therefore looking to recruit a German and French-speaking Customer Relationship Advisor.
The job offered by Diot-Siaci
The main task for this position is to provide a high quality service to customers by phone. As well as that, the successful candidate must assist customers in their administrative procedures.
The requirements for the job are the following:
Have at least two years of experience in a customer relations center.
Be fluent in German and French
Have excellent verbal skills
Be comfortable with office tools and be able to handle several computer applications simultaneously
