How did Diot-Siaci recruit a German and French-speaking Customer Relationship Advisor?

Our client

Diot-Siaci is one of the leading French insurance brokers and consultants.

The company shares its expertise, whether it is in risk management advice or the management of insurance programs.

Diot-Siaci has been active in the insurance brokerage market for several years, with a turnover of 728 million euros in 2021. It is growing thanks to its 1,800 employees throughout the world.

Diot-Siaci’s goal

As part of its development, Diot-Siaci wanted to strengthen its teams and personalize its customer service.

Florine, Talent Acquisition Manager at Diot-Siaci, was therefore looking to recruit a German and French-speaking Customer Relationship Advisor.

The job offered by Diot-Siaci

The main task for this position is to provide a high quality service to customers by phone. As well as that, the successful candidate must assist customers in their administrative procedures.

The requirements for the job are the following:

  • Have at least two years of experience in a customer relations center.
  • Be fluent in German and French
  • Have excellent verbal skills
  • Be comfortable with office tools and be able to handle several computer applications simultaneously

The process ends with an interview with the manager, accompanied by a language test.

The recruitment process was spread over about two weeks for this mission.
