Eloรฏse, HR at Dayuse, was looking for an Italian, English and French-speaking Customer Care Specialist to help develop their presence in the European market.
The role of this position is to ensure the day-to-day management of commercial relations between partners (B2B) and customers (B2C).
The job offered by Dayuse
Liaising between customers and hotels and coordinating booking requests will be the main tasks of the person in charge of this position. He or she will also have to build productive commercial relationships with hotel partners in many markets and cities around the world.
The requirements for the job are the following:
Speak fluent Italian, English and French
Excellent communication and diplomatic skills
Experience in the hotel and restaurant industry
Be comfortable using internet tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
Be dynamic, responsive and able to prioritize a heavy workload
