How Data Mining International recruited a French and English-speaker Business Developer & Fundraiser πŸ‡¨πŸ‡΅πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

Data Mining International (DMI) is specialized in the analysis and exploitation of data, particularly in the public health and health security sector 🧼

Founded in Switzerland, DMI's aim is to contribute to global health security by providing tools to better anticipate and manage health crises, whether infectious diseases, environmental disasters or any other large-scale health problem 🧬

DMI's goal

Ariel, CEO of DMI, has contacted the recruitment agency MisterBilingue to find a Business Developer & Fundraiser who is bilingual in French and English.

DMI's objective is to find someone who can make a significant contribution to their success in the data science sector on a global scale.

The DMI position

The role of the Business Developer & Fundraiser is to identify new B2B commercial opportunities, draw up action plans and implement growth strategies, while integrating fund-raising initiatives specifically targeting investors active in the field of research and development.

The profile sought must meet the following criteria:

  • Be bilingual in French and English πŸ‡«πŸ‡·πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Be autonomous and organized πŸ“
  • Have a commercial sense and be perseverant πŸ“ž
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills πŸ—£οΈ

Our support

Since March, DMI has been looking for a dynamic and talented individual ready to take on the challenges presented by the world of data science.

Nicolas, recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was in charge of finding the best profiles for the company.

After a full briefing with the client, Nicolas was able to start his search (sourcing and hunting 🎯 ) using our specialized tools. Once talent has been identified and has undergone a structured interview with our recruiter, Nicolas draws up a shortlist and forwards it to the customer within 14 days. Our support doesn't stop here: our team monitors the progress of the candidate's interviews right up to the point of hiring. A follow-up is also put in place to ensure that the position is taken up as smoothly as possible.

The recruitment process

Once the candidate has been identified, the first step is to organize an initial video interview with our recruiter, enabling us to understand their expectations and determine whether their profile matches the customer's needs.

Once the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is forwarded to the customer.

The candidate then has a video interview with the team. Then, he is invited for a second interview, this time in person in Paris, before being offered a job 🀝
