The position at COTTON BIRD
The role of the Account Manager consists of managing a customer portfolio, which he/she maintains and develops. To do this, they offer an irreproachable service and work closely with the marketing department to keep abreast of the company's new products and suggest them to customers.

Since July, Cotton Bird had been looking for someone with good customer contact skills and excellent graphic skills.

The recruitment process
Once the candidate has been identified, the first step is to organize an initial video interview with our recruiter, enabling us to understand their expectations and determine whether their profile matches the customer's needs.
Once the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is forwarded to the customer.
Having caught the customer's attention, the candidate undergoes an initial interview with the E-commerce Manager to confirm expectations and German language skills.
Camille first worked for a few years as a sales assistant or sales rep between France and Germany after completing a Bachelor's degree in business.
In 2020, she switched to marketing and held a position as Marketing Manager in Germany for 2 years.
She then spent some time living in South America before training as a graphic designer, during which she completed 2 internships. She is now proficient in the Adobe suite.
Cotton Bird welcomed Camille in October 2024 as a French/German/English-speaking Account Manager and Graphic Designer! π
