Rupal, Global Talent Acquisition Manager at BlaBlaCar, asked the recruitment agency MisterBilingue to help him find a French/English-speaker Customer Relation Senior Agent.
The role of the Senior Customer Relation Agent is to provide a quick response to customer queries in order to resolve their problems efficiently. More broadly, he or she contributes to customer retention and loyalty and helps to improve the brand's image.
The job offered by Blablacar
The aim of the job is to respond to customer queries and requests in different languages, 7 days a week. The vision and current goal of this position is to increase expertise within the in-house team (social media, content, quality assurance, etc.).
The profile sought includes the following characteristics:

Since July, Blablacar has been looking for new talent to strengthen its teams.
Imran, a recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was tasked with finding the best profiles for Blablacar.

The recruitment process
First of all, when a candidate is found, he or she has an initial interview with our recruiter to find out what the candidate's expectations are and whether his or her profile matches those of the client.
Then, as soon as the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is sent to the client. The candidate then has an initial interview with Human Resources to validate their experience, motivation and knowledge of the company.
Candidates are then asked to complete a case study to assess their technical skills. βοΈ
A second interview with the Europe manager is organized to test the candidate's fluency in English and confirm their motivation.

Thanks to several exchanges between Rupal and Imran and a thorough search, Imran found the ideal candidate for the job: Allison G., English and French-speaker.
Thanks to her many years living abroad, particularly in Ireland and Portugal, she has been able to strengthen her English language skills.
She has held a number of Customer Service positions with well-known companies such as Asos, Expedia and Wix. She also worked for Egencia, a subsidiary of Expedia, when she moved to Ireland.
During her various assignments, she was able to develop skills in managing customers, their needs, advice and complaints. Her experience at Wix enabled her to manage more complex and technical requests, which she was able to handle thanks to her good organization.
Allison's other strengths are that she has excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys helping people. She's a calm person who doesn't take things to heart and knows how to prioritize her tasks.
