The role of the Social Media Manager is to look after the digital strategy of their clients by creating a visual identity, a universe, an aesthetic to help them in their promotion.
The profile sought must meet the following criteria:
Develop and execute effective social media strategies for luxury brands π±

Our support
Since June, BIKIBIKI has been looking for someone with experience in a digital or advertising agency, capable of managing a team and up to date with the latest market trends.
Alicia, a recruitment expert at MisterBilingue, was responsible for finding the best profiles for the company.
After a full briefing with the client, Alicia can begin her search (sourcing and hunting π― ) using our specialist tools.
Once talent has been identified and interviewed by our recruiter, Alicia draws up a shortlist and sends it to the client within 14 days.
Our support doesn't stop there: our team monitors the progress of the candidate's interviews right through to recruitment.
A follow-up is also put in place to ensure that the position is taken up as smoothly as possible.
The recruitment process
Once a candidate has been found, the first step is to conduct an initial interview with our recruiter to find out what the candidate's expectations are, and whether his or her profile matches those of the customer.
Once the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate profile is sent to the customer.
The candidate has an initial interview by videoconference with the company's co-founder and head of digital.
After a successful initial discussion, the candidate is asked to complete a case study before a second interview, this time face-to-face. Following this interview, the candidate receives a job offer.

Thanks to several exchanges between Alicia and Elodie, as well as a thorough search, Alicia found the ideal candidate for the job: Denali K., bilingual Social Media Manager & Creative Strategist in English and French.
After graduating with a Master's degree in Fashion and Communications, Denali was hired on a fixed-term contract at Maison Lemoine, the company where she did her end-of-studies work placement.
She was in charge of communications, marketing and development. Denali managed the social media strategy, set up the Tiktok, events and partnerships with influencers.
Following her fixed-term contract, Denali became Head of Social Media at Tanke Agency, an international agency. Denali manages European and American clients as well as a team of 2 people. She works in collaboration with the influencer team on strategies, briefs, correlation of editorial calendars, social media strategy, as well as all the commercial aspects, including quotations and invoicing.
Denali is very curious and loves to follow trends in order to come up with new ideas. She also knows how to communicate, be patient and teach her colleagues and clients.
