The position offered by Better Collective
The role of the SEO Content Manager is to oversee the planning, organisation, creation and publication of content with the aim of reaching a targeted audience. This position requires skills in human relations, project management, SEO, marketing and writing.
The profile they are looking for must meet the following criteria:
Native Spanish and fluent English πͺπΈπ¬π§
1 to 3 years' experience in search engine optimisation (SEO) π
Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS is a plus π»
An interest in and knowledge of sports betting π
Our support
Since February, Better Collective had been looking for someone bilingual in Spanish and English, capable of managing the optimisation of the visibility and awareness of the brand and the company.

The recruitment process
The first step in finding a candidate is to conduct an initial interview by video with our recruiter to find out their expectations and see if their profile matches those of the client.
Then, as soon as the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is sent to the client.
An SEO test is then sent to the candidate to determine their technical skills. Once the test has been passed, the candidate is invited for an initial interview with the SEO manager, and this time the candidate is given a personality test.
If this is decisive, a second interview is organised with the HR manager before the candidate is hired β
