ARC Europe's objective
To find a whole team of Assistance Officers, Laura Ginier, HR Manager at ARC Europe, contacted the recruitment agency MisterBilingue.
ARC Europe's objective is to put together an entire team of bilingual German-speaking Support Managers in order to set up a whole new German support platform.
The position offered by ARC Europe
The role of the Support Manager is to respond to customers' needs, reassure them and provide them with immediate assistance.
The profile sought must meet the following criteria:
Be comfortable using the telephone and IT tools, and enjoy working as part of a team.
Having good interpersonal skills, the ability to listen and a sense of customer service to reassure your contacts and meet their needs.
Our support
Since January, ARC Europe has been looking for around twenty people with a good level of German and who are comfortable on the telephone.
Nicolas and Alexandra, recruitment experts at MisterBilingue, were responsible for finding the best profiles for the company.
After a full briefing with the client, Nicolas and Alexandra can begin their search (sourcing and hunting π―) using our specialist tools.

The recruitment process
The first step in finding a candidate is to conduct an initial interview by video with our recruiters to find out their expectations and see if their profile matches those of the client.
Then, as soon as the necessary prerequisites have been met, the candidate's profile is sent to the client. After an initial telephone interview with the Recruitment Manager, the candidate has a second interview by video with the Team Manager, to validate their experience, motivation and knowledge of the company. π§
Once the candidate has received a positive response to their interview, they receive a job offer. β
These four candidates all have a fluent level of German; some are German nationals and the others have studied German or lived for some time in Germany or Austria.
They all have different backgrounds, but their sense of service and their interpersonal skills make them suitable and interesting candidates for this position.
